Overview:

Sama Services was selected to perform land grading for a new commercial development in Surrey. The site, previously uneven and partially forested, required leveling and stormwater planning to meet city development guidelines.

Execution & Results:

We used bulldozers and graders with laser-leveling systems to achieve a precise grade. A gentle slope was engineered for water runoff, and temporary sediment control barriers were installed to protect neighboring lots. Final inspection passed without issue, and the site was declared construction-ready within 12 days.
