An industrial client engaged Sama Services to demolish an old steel-and-concrete warehouse in Abbotsford to clear the site for a logistics hub. The project involved hazardous materials and was located near active businesses.
Before demolition, an environmental assessment identified asbestos insulation. Sama coordinated certified removal, followed by controlled mechanical demolition. Dust suppression systems were used throughout. All debris was segregated and hauled to certified recycling facilities, keeping 85% of material out of landfills. The site was left graded and ready for construction.
