Overview:

Sama Services was contracted by a commercial developer in Langley to dig utility trenches for stormwater, sewer, and electrical lines on a 5-acre development site. The work needed to align with city planning schedules and environmental requirements.

Execution & Results:

Our team used trench boxes and shoring to ensure worker safety and compliance with WorkSafeBC standards. Each trench section was GPS-mapped to meet utility alignment guidelines. Backfilling and compaction were completed immediately after pipe laying to reduce site risk. The project was delivered ahead of schedule with zero safety incidents.
